Berry Bliss Protein Pot

A nutritious treat packed with protein and antioxidant-rich berries. The Greek yogurt provides a creamy base while the whey protein adds an extra protein boost. Topped with blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, this delightful pot offers a burst of flavor and essential nutrients.

Ingredients

200g greek yoghurt

1 scoop unflavoured whey protein (or protein of choice)

4 blackberries

10 blueberries

5 raspberries

Method

In a bowl, mix 200g of high protein yoghurt with a scoop of whey protein. Stir well until the yoghurt and whey protein are thoroughly combined, creating a smooth and creamy base.

Gently place the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries on top of the yoghurt and enjoy!
