Ingredients

2x Chicken Breast

80g Flaked Almonds

1 Egg

3 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce

2 tbsp Milk

1 tsp Paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

Start by whisking the egg and milk in a bowl. In a separate dish, combine the ground almonds, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken fillets lengthwise into smaller strips.

Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, shaking off any excess, then thoroughly coat in the almond mixture.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (or 350°F). Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.

Cook the chicken strips at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until they're crispy and fully cooked.

Serve your almond-coated chicken dippers with the sweet chili sauce for a tangy dip!
