1 Mango

1 Red Capsicum

125g White Cabbage

125g Mixed Leaf Salad

1 Carrot

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Honey

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves

1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 tsp Sesame Oil

1 tsp fresh Ginger

Method

Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cubed mango, chopped red pepper, grated carrot, grated cabbage, and chopped mixed lettuce. Toss the ingredients until they are well mixed.
