4 slices Cheese
2 Brioche Buns
Pinch Salt & Pepper
Shredded Lettuce
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp American Mustard
1 Gherkin, grated
Method
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Divide the beef mince into four equal portions (70g each). Shape each portion into a thin patty.
Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

A couple of minutes before the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt. Meanwhile, lightly toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet.
Combine mayo, tomato sauce, mustard and gherkin in a bowl.
Assemble the burgers. On the bottom half of each bun, spread a generous amount of the prepared sauce. Add the cheese-topped beef patties, followed by shredded lettuce. Cap each burger with the top half of the brioche buns.
